Prescription Lifeline has been very professional in getting me enrolled in the plan to help me lower my prescription cost on two high tier medicines. I received my packet in a very timely fashion.

I am quite disappointed in this group. I have paid $250, still no medication. I find it very difficult to speak with someone. I do get a return call the next day from a different person not up to date on what was discussed with the previous person, who did not update their records correctly regarding what we had discussed and agreed on. Very frustrated and now really sick without medication.

Hello. So far, everything has been great from prescriptionlifeline. The doctor's office for my lantus didn't check the name on the package that was meant for me and kept the insulin in their refrigerator for a whole week after they got it. I called the doctor's office but they had no record of it. I found out that someone signed for it a week earlier so picked up the insulin in person. One of my eyedrops prescriptions was delivered to my home and the other to the eye doctor's office, thank you all for help. Very much appreciated. Viola aragon
