So looking at other reviews as long as you don’t want to stop the application and you don’t want your money back it’s good. However for the group of us that want to cancel in less then 3 days it’s not nice. I saw one person had to wait 21 days for a refund, I would be happy to wait 21 days but instead I was told I had to pay my 1st payment plus another $150. I had no choice just to stop it. Why would some get a refund and some an additional charge?

The staff was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff takes their time with each customer and walks them through all the steps. The staff ensures that their customers have all the access they need and can contact them and use the portal before ending the call. Follow up calls show the exact same service, making sure all questions are answered and letting people know they are just a phone call away. I wish more companies had this level of service.
