The Customer Service individual was very helpful with my questions.

Direct and straightforward dialogue with all I have spoken with. You demonstrate the best of customer service and that is a rare accolade now days. Customer service does not seem to be important any more, unfortunately. But you demonstrated that isn't the case with your organization! Kudos

It is just so easy to communicate with their representative. They go they next step by calling the doctors office and their supplier. No questions asked they just do it!! Which is WONDERFUL!

I have not yet been approved. The staff has been extremely helpful in the enrollment process.

The person I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable.

I paid my enrollment and 199 for my first round of medication... Then i discovered, i could have requested the same paperwork needed to get assistance... ok i thought. i pay as instucted... but then my drug stength went down and my monthly cost was only 8.00. They gave me hell about stopping future payments etc. sent them a letter of notification to no longer draft my account... more grief... I dont like the way they hide behind their so call CONTRACT
