Seems like a real”test” to get info as to resend paperwork. Initially said couldn’t UPS doc’s to you as would not give address. UPS doesn’t deliver to PO Box.. Then finally Ravin came up with faxing to her and she would send to MERCK. Felt like pulling teeth.

Excellent customer service and very easy to work with.
