I was very satisfied with your service and everything else

My husband passed away before we got to use the program. We couldn't get any money returned.

Was misrepresented,I was told they could get a 1200.00 prescription for $49.00 and it would be 6-8 weeks.Instead I was charged $99.00 in Oct.They keep taking $49.00 a mth out of my account.I’ve called and talked to someone every time,they say they have my prescription.This is January,I called again.4th time since October.Still haven’t received prescription.I asked them to refund my money because they’re not advocating on my behalf.My share of prescription at my Walgreens pharmacy would be $217.00 which is expensive on my income.This PerscriptionLifeline is a scam.I will be taking legal action because they are thieves.

The emails help me to keep up with the paperwork and plenty of help from the person I talked to on the phone!!

Overall, I was happy with the service. However, it would be nice if the texts and emails were more specific when you have multiple drugs getting approved and when applications are accepted. I would usually have to call to clear this up. But, everyone has been very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to get the job done. For that, I appreciate Prescription Lifeline tremendously!!

I was very concerned about signing up for the service (don't understand why I would be paying $79.00 a month for free medicines). As it turned out, I did not have to decide because they rejected me.
