The process took a little longer than I expected. My husband even thought I had been scanned at first. I told him it was a lengthy process. All of the people I have spoken with were very nice and compassionate.

I was needing help in getting some medicine that I needed. I received a phone call from Prescription Lifeline. I explained what I needed help with and they were great. I received phone calls for updates on how things were going. I returned all paperwork that was needed information concerning my medication. After they reviewed my paperwork they sent it to where it needed to go and I received a phone call telling me I had been approved. During the whole time if I needed to ask questions I could call and whoever I would talk to helped me with any questions I had . I would recommend this company to someone. Thanks so much
