Both representatives to whom I spoke (Janet and Jessica) were very knowledgeable and spoke very succinctly and courteously. The only complaint was how they'd interrupt me at times and the moments where they'd speak too fast for me to follow, but those moments were only a couple of times and are the only reason I'm not rating five stars. Otherwise, they provided great customer service and I'd recommend them to anyone needing help with this company and with their prescriptions.
