I was told that I pay $79.00 a month for the 1 year, my 1st month would be $129.00 for $50.00 was the processing fee. I understand that. The problem I have fond doing the package of papers I received is on the paperwork, it states I get 4 pens with 2 refills? the way it is written makes me think that I'm only going to receive 8 Forteo pens in the 1 year, yet I'm paying $79.00 a month for 1 full year plus the $50.00 fee. Is this Correct? or will I get the 12 Forteo Pens in this 1 year?

Every time that I have called. The rep I spoke to didn't treat you like a nobody. I was treated like someone they knew and helped me with every question without any issues.

I think the Medicare denial form makes the application process a little difficult.

Your company is probably the best checks and balances one that I have ever delt with before. No matter what question I asked, I got an answer that was right on!! I had been in the accounting and inventory control business for over forty years and have never had a company that is so organized and knowledgeable as yours, telling your the complete truth. You people should start a counseling school for management companies that need help in being organized, truthful, diligent, and trustworthy! My experience taught me that if you did not have all those traits, then you would not survive in any business!
