The Team members I talked to were awesome. They are so helpful and very compassionate! I was never put on hold for very long and everything was explained to me step by step! ThankYou Jessica and the other people that helped me through this process!

I didn’t get to talk to anyone Monday evening, however I left a voicemail and Brian followed up with my request regarding my Nova Nordisk issue, early the next morning. He called and explained the issue and the problem was resolved. I appreciate not having to keep calling. You all are very quick to resolve any issue. Thank you, Karen

Prescription Lifeline has been a life saver for me. They have been so nice and always gets the answers that I need. My medication is a life and death situation so therefor PL is a Godsend for me. They are the greatest and understanding group that I have come across. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it. This is my 2nd year of working with them.

They never make me feel like I'm a out of date old man. They are very kind and friendly. I'm not very good at giving reviews but everyone that I have spoken to have been great to me and I can understand them when they talk to me.
