It was my families first time staying in Baltimore. We were nervous to use the parking garage at first. But! We are so glad we did! Easy, safe feeling! Loved the app! We will be using again!

I reserved and prepaid online for parking at their Houston Hobby Airport P4026 location, but when I arrived, the lot was still under construction and completely closed. There was absolutely no indication during the booking process that the facility wasn’t open or operating yet. There was no advance email, text message, or other notification warning customers, and there was no helpful signage directing us to an alternative location. Because of this, I had to scramble to find last-minute parking so I wouldn’t miss my flight, which caused unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time. Although I eventually received my refund, it took multiple emails and phone calls before it was finally processed. In addition, I had to pay $100 for last minute parking at the main airport parking lot in order not to miss my flight. Premium Parking should not be accepting reservations or charging customers for a facility that isn’t open. Until they can accurately communicate their operating status and provide better customer service, I cannot recommend booking with them. I hope this review helps other travelers avoid the same experience.

The parking is great. It’s a clean parking lot. Close to where I work. I was able to get information by using the “chat”. I needed to skip a month of parking. Divine in the chat gave me good customer service. The only downside to the chat is it took 18 minutes to get a response back.

Thank you so much for the review! We appreciate your time and positive feedback. We are moving to a new chat feature which will directly address wait times. That long of a wait is unacceptable to us and are still investigating why it took so long. We hope to see you again soon and thank you for your business.
