App doesnt send email verification or receipt
Created account but never received the verification email. Logged in to website and paid for parking, credit card was charged, but again it did not send me the parking receipt. Not in spam. Stried different email addresses. Customer support tried several times to send me receipt. Finally did but it still does not show up in app which keeps saying I have to verify my email address. Clicked to resend verification email several times. Nothing. Customer support unable to help. Told me to not use the app and to only book parking on the website. Not acceptable!
