Screw this company. Privatized street parking should not exist. Photographing my license plate to gain personal info when I am on a public road should be completely illegal.

I will never park at one of their lots…
I will never park at one of their lots again. I received an email stating that I didn't pay for parking. I disputed, showing proof of payment. Their response: Oh, you are right, you did. I was apparently just a few minutes late. They went on to say "As a Courtesy" we will reduce your fine. When I tried to pay the fine. They provided two links to do that. NEITHER of the sites would pull up the fine record. Didn't matter if I copied & pasted the data from the email or typed it in carefully. It took several clicks & 3 websites to find their customer service number. When I called, I was in an IVR Loop. No way to get out. No way to get to a human. All they wanted to do was text me a link to make the payment. Already tried that. Rediculous! At this point, I've spent more time on this than the ORIGINAL $65 fine. They owe me money now. Worst customer experience ever.

We're sorry, and thank you for telling us. You should never have to spend more time resolving a parking invoice than the invoice itself. Links that wouldn't pull up your record and a phone line that kept you from reaching a person are not the experience we want any parker to have, and we take that seriously.
Please email [email protected] with your license plate number and the date of your visit. Our team will investigate, determine what went wrong, and get you the help you needed. We appreciate your patience, and we're committed to doing better.

Title: Paid $483.95 and Then Budget Was Billed for Additional Parking Violations
My experience with Premium Parking in New Orleans has been extremely frustrating.
I was in New Orleans following the death of my mother and for her funeral services. I used Premium Parking's mobile system for a multi-day parking stay. I entered my phone number, and the system populated the Texas vehicle/license plate previously associated with my account. I did not manually enter that Texas plate. My personal vehicle was physically in Fort Worth, Texas while I was driving a rental vehicle in New Orleans.
I paid Premium Parking $283.55 for parking from July 2 through July 6, 2026.
The rental vehicle was later booted with the reason listed as “Plate Not In System.” Even though I explained that I had already paid for parking, I was told the boot could not be removed unless I paid. I paid another $200.40, which the enforcement receipt itemizes as a $110 boot fee plus $90.40 for “Unpaid Parking.”
I subsequently received written correspondence from Premium Parking acknowledging an enforcement/location issue and stating that the booting had been voided. However, I did not receive my $200.40 back.
Then Budget contacted me seeking another $347.28 for two Premium Parking violations from July 2 and July 4.
So I have already paid $483.95, yet additional violations were apparently sent to Budget for collection.
I have disputed the matter and am requesting a complete accounting and appropriate refund. If Premium Parking maintains that my $283.55 payment was associated with my Texas vehicle rather than the rental vehicle, then I want an explanation for why Premium Parking should retain $283.55 for New Orleans parking supposedly associated with a vehicle that was physically in Texas.
Consumers should carefully review their receipts, vehicle information, parking transactions, and any subsequent enforcement charges when using this service

Fraudulent parking company tied to lawsuits, data misuse, and mass complaints
I am writing this review to warn others about the way this company operates and the serious concerns now documented in public lawsuits and consumer complaints.
This company sends privately issued parking invoices that look official and threatening, but they are not government tickets and carry no civil or criminal penalties. They rely on automated license plate recognition systems and back end data pipelines to obtain people’s names and addresses from DMV records, then mail invoices and late notices demanding inflated amounts of money. A federal class action lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland (Northern Division) alleges that Premium Parking Service, Municipal Parking Services, GovCIO, and LOB, Inc. knowingly obtained and used protected DMV data in violation of the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act, all to send “threatening” parking tickets and late notices with fees far above the original parking cost.
According to the lawsuit, the system works like this: cameras at Premium Parking lots capture license plates and parking duration, Municipal Parking Services transmits the plate data to GovCIO, GovCIO runs DMV lookups through data brokers to pull non public motor vehicle records, and LOB then mails surprise tickets and late notices to people’s homes. These letters often include language about booting, towing, or sending alleged debts to collections if payment is not made quickly.
On top of that, the Better Business Bureau shows hundreds of complaints against Premium Parking Service, LLC in the last three years, including cases where customers say they paid, were misled on site, or were scammed by unauthorized “attendants” operating in camera enforced lots. Many complainants describe poor signage, malfunctioning payment systems, and punitive invoices despite acting in good faith.
In my own experience, I have received invoices for vehicles and license plates I do not own and have never owned. That means their system is not only aggressive, but also inaccurate. When a company is using automated surveillance, third party data brokers, and mail based intimidation to demand money from people who had nothing to do with the alleged parking event, that is a serious problem.
If you receive a notice from this company, do not assume it is a government citation. Check whether the vehicle, plate, date, and location actually match your records. Document everything, dispute the invoice in writing, and report repeated or fraudulent notices to consumer protection agencies, including your state Attorney General, the FTC, CFPB, and local consumer protection offices. If you believe your DMV derived data was misused, you may also want to follow developments in the class action lawsuit under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act and consider speaking with an attorney about your rights.

I regularly park at this Premium…
UPDATE: Premium Parking responded by acknowledging they found no payment associated with the license plate captured by their cameras and offered to reduce the citation from the full amount to $25 as a "courtesy." What their response still does not explain is why Premium Parking charged my American Express card $3.45 for parking during that exact visit. I provided the transaction details and merchant reference number, but rather than tracing the payment through their own records, they chose to offer a discounted citation. As a customer, that's frustrating because the evidence shows I paid for parking—the dispute is about how their system associated that payment, not whether payment was made.
I regularly park at this Premium Parking garage serving the South Miami Medical Arts Building, where my wife and I have numerous appointments with physicians affiliated with Baptist Health South Florida and Baptist Health Doctors Hospital. During our recent visit, I paid for parking through the Premium Parking mobile app immediately upon arrival, as I always have. After leaving the garage, I was surprised to receive a parking citation alleging that no payment had been made. I completed Premium Parking's online dispute process and submitted a copy of my American Express payment record showing a $3.45 parking charge, which exactly matches the duration of my parking session on the date in question. The payment was successfully processed, so the citation should never have been issued in the first place. I've also asked them to verify whether there was a simple typographical error in the license plate I entered into the app, since their system captured my plate upon departure.
For a parking operation that serves patients and visitors seeking medical care, this is an unnecessary hassle. The burden should not fall on paying customers to prove they paid after the system incorrectly issues a citation.
I am hopeful Premium Parking will review the documentation, correct their records, and cancel the citation promptly. I'll update this review once the matter has been resolved.

Terrible experience
I reserved and prepaid online for parking at their Houston Hobby Airport P4026 location, but when I arrived, the lot was still under construction and completely closed. There was absolutely no indication during the booking process that the facility wasn’t open or operating yet. There was no advance email, text message, or other notification warning customers, and there was no helpful signage directing us to an alternative location.
Because of this, I had to scramble to find last-minute parking so I wouldn’t miss my flight, which caused unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time. Although I eventually received my refund, it took multiple emails and phone calls before it was finally processed. In addition, I had to pay $100 for last minute parking at the main airport parking lot in order not to miss my flight.
Premium Parking should not be accepting reservations or charging customers for a facility that isn’t open. Until they can accurately communicate their operating status and provide better customer service, I cannot recommend booking with them. I hope this review helps other travelers avoid the same experience.

Total scam company
Total scam company. Forgot to pay $5 parking fee at one of their own garages in Memphis, TN. Got an invoice a couple of weeks later for the $5 parking fee plus $25 "Invoice Fee", for a total of $30. That's a 500% penalty for not paying $5. Letter threatened booting or towing if I didn't pay. Really? Booting or towing over a $5 parking fee? But it gets better. The nasty letter has both a web address and a QR code for payment of the ripoff fine. But when I used either one, it pulled up a screen that showed an amount due of $52.44, not the $30 on the invoice. My only options were to pay the $52.44 or dispute it. I disputed it. But I bet a lot of people feel under duress and pay it just to be done with it. Being red hot mad at this point, I found a customer service phone number. Once I figured out how to get a live person (it wasn't easy), I was sent a special link in email that would allow me to pay the correct amount. The link sent in email was a completely different web address than what was provided in the letter or from the QR code. Very fishy. I also filed a complaint with the BBB because the whole thing just feels so scammy. Their response was that the screen asking me to pay the inflated amount was an error and that they would get their web developers on it right away. Yeah right. It's totally by design and I'm sure it's still there and they're still ripping people off with it. Another scammy thing about them is when I filed the dispute with them, it ended with a message indicating it would take 72 business hours for a response to the dispute. That's 9 business days! REALLY?! So very scammy. Any reputable company should be embarrassed to tell a customer they need 9 days to look at a dispute. It's absurd and insulting. I will avoid them at all costs in the future. Total scam company that wants to pretend they're on the up and up. Based on some of the negative reviews here, they've done much worse to other people. Why is it that towing and parking companies are always total scams??? Are those the go-to businesses for criminals to get into?
