My experience with the $90 parking fee was ironed out with the parking organization and reduced to $20. For some reason they did not see I paid for the parking. There was a question of what vehicle I was driving as I had a BMW loaner. I paid for parking but it did not register. With our discussions and my proof of payment the fee was reduced to an admin fee of $20 at the end. The staff was caring and professional as I was very upset over this unexpected charge to park.

Premium Parking resolved my issue fast and efficiently. Sharmaine from customer support assisted me from the beginning and facilitated everything for my dispute and she was very courteous and professional and responded on time to my inquires and all my questions much appreciated Premium Parking.

Complete scam. All this company exists for is to fine you and the parking prices are absurd. It takes five minutes to pay through the app so leave lots of extra time.

I would like to compliment your company for having a phone number to talk to a person and Ms. Emmarie Dizon for returning my phone call to resolve an invoice dispute. I'm from Florida and was visiting in Memphis, TN on Father's Day 2025. I paid for one hour of parking at a Memphis downtown location to eat at the Flying Fish (great fish) and I parked 15 minutes more than my hour. I did pay through the App and unfortunately did not realized the time and the notification from the App to my time had expired Your company sent me an invoice for $90.00 and I went to your website and submitted a dispute. Thank You for reducing the fine to $15.00. Ms. Dizon very courteous, knowledgable and I appreciate her sending me an email with the link to pay the new amount. I really appreciate the reduction of the fine. The extra $75.00 I didn't have to pay can be used to buy food or gas. Thank you!!!

I've had to call Premium Parking twice. The first time, I called for clarification on parking rules for disabled veterans. The customer support representative was pleasant and explained in detail how eligibility is determined and assured me that my vehicle would be fine in its place. The second time was today (8/11/2025). Micah, the customer support rep, went above and beyond to rectify an oversight regarding the same vehicle. I was very pleased with her knowledge, demeanor and patience with me, as well. When she did not know certain things, she sought answers, even with airport authorities. Even in our communication via email, she was able to respond quickly, clearly and concisely. I would recommend Premium Parking to anyone in any city.
