I have been having issues with unresolved disputes ( ticket not associated with my car and receiving incorrect information) with residential premium parking, however, this morning after speaking with Ashley, one issue was immediately resolved and I was given valid information regarding my next steps. Their automated customer support system is the absolute worst automated system I have ever encountered for any company I've ever worked with. However, after FINALLY getting to a person. Kimberly was extremely helpful, quick, and to the point. She was able to answer my questions and provide me with a great experience.

After making a mistake renewing my parking subscription, I reached out to the company a couple of times to try and resolve the issue. After my request was denied (being referred to the Subscription Terms of Purchase), I tried one last time and reached Micah in customer support. After explaining the situation and the mistake I made navigating the company's website, she worked tirelessly and was able to resolve the issue to my total satisfaction. She was extremely thorough, patient and pleasant to deal with. She listened to my explanation and was thoroughly considerate of me and my situation. In the end, she took the necessary time to find a solution to my problem and keep a customer satisfied.
