Kimberly was so helpful!
I had an issue with getting the reservation confirmation sent to my email and worked with a representative named Kimberly. She worked to resolve the issue and tried a couple of different ways to get it fixed.

In error, I set up duplicate annual subscriptions for parking (paying twice) and needed clarification on how to use my new subscription parking. Calling the provided customer service number, I was assisted by Cynthia who reviewed my error and processed the refund of my duplicate payment. She then reviewed how to utilize my subscription parking. She was patient and asked the right questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

I strongly do not recommend parking your vehicle here. If you have an issue, they will not support you. I parked my new, large High Roof Extended Ford Transit van in the P2409 lot for almost two months with a monthly subscription. The new vehicle was initially on a temporary license plate. The problem started a few days before the temporary tag expired, when I put my permanent license plate on the van. My mistake was that I did not immediately update the new plate number in the Premium Parking system. Soon after, my van was towed. Because the permanent plate was not registered, they considered it an unknown vehicle. The towing company requested a $500 penalty payment. I contacted Premium Parking account managers to argue my case. I pointed out that the on-site ticket agent must have known my vehicle—it's a very large, bright white van parked right in the center of the lot for nearly two months without ever moving. I argued that this was negligence on their part, as an agent should easily recognize a stationary, unique vehicle, and they should cover the $500. The managers absolutely refused to take any responsibility. They stayed firm that the error was 100% mine for not updating the plate number immediately. Policy Issue: I was never made aware during the sign-up process that I must update the system if I switch from a temporary tag to a permanent one. Premium Parking's management was completely dismissive and unhelpful. They showed zero concern for my problem.

We came to a city we are unfamiliar with per an invitation to attend someone's Berkley School of Music Graduation recital, which was in a theater across the street from this conveniently located Premium parking garage, on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to drive right in (Gate UP) with no ticket being produced at entry. We pulled into a somewhat dark or shaded spot and because we were early we sat for a period and noticed a posting on the wall about using a QR code. It didn't work from in the car maybe because of the lighting. I'm not well trained in QR codes either way. But I have NO gripes about paying for parking. But I couldn't figure out what they were saying so I took a pic of the sign and went to the event. Then frankly I forgot about it until receiving a HIGHWAY ROBBERY parking invoice from you saying I owed $66 for less than 4 hours of parking. Then I see on this site your rates are reasonable. GEEZE!!! I am trying to pay the stinking $66... okay it just went through. By the way... are you law enforcement? because you certainly give them a BAD name! Your THREATENING invoice is clearly no promotion for your company being anything but CROOKS! Then you threaten me with $106 if I am late fighting my way through your your payment system, as if $66 wasn't grand theft already! NOW THAT I HAVE PAID YOU CAN TAKE THE MONEY DIRECTLY TO HE** when you get there! You know...if you sent me a reasonable charge I'd have praised you and thought your system was pretty clever and convenient. Now I will avoid PREMIUM PARKING Facilities everywhere if I see the the name. You sure present yourselves as a governmental authority in that invoice... which if you are not you should be looked into!

Cynthia, my representative was incredible! I had an issue with my parking refund and she was very understanding of my situation and updated me through the process while she contacted someone locally. Even when I got disconnected she called me back and updated me on the next steps. I felt very well taken care of which makes me happy to recommend this business to my friends and family.

My experience with La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham and Premium Parking On July 4th, 2025, I trusted the valet service at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in New Orleans with my vehicle- Lexus GX during my trip to the city for Essence Fest. While grooving to the amazing vibes of GloRilla, I received a call from Valet Parking informing me that my car had significant windshield and surrounding damage while in their care. When I returned, my vehicle (a) had suffered significant windshield and surrounding damage. I am so disappointed in both La Quinta Inn and Premium Parking for their lack of accountability. Despite recognizing my vehicle was significantly damaged while in their care, both parties have repeatedly refused to take full responsibility for ensuring the damage is fully addressed. I’m sharing this to warn future customers and to encourage accountability. If you plan to use valet here, please be aware. Follow-up Response. Dear Premium Parking Management. Your disengenious response is exactly my point. I never any way communicated that I had no additional concerns. In fact I considered the initial repair one step in several of acknowledging your responsibility for the incident and ensuring it is fully address. Your company's policy of not coverning diminished value of vhicles that accured while in your care is clear demonstration of your lack of service to customer who trust their vehicle in your car. The state of Louisiana recognizes diminished value and compensable loss, particularly when a third party is at fault. My point of warning potential customers is that you have not resolved this matter neither fairly or transparently. In fact, your lack of ownership has created more unnecessary stress and suffering. I just ask that you amend your current policy and take full ownership and responsibility of vehicle damages that accured while in your care.
Response from Premium Parking - United StatesSep 25, 2025
We’re sorry for the stress this situation caused during your trip. As soon as we were made aware of the damage to your vehicle, we took full responsibility and promptly paid $6,397.45 for the repairs and reimbursed $160.15 for your rental car. You signed a release form after receiving both payments and left with no concerns. We understand your frustration regarding diminished value, but as stated in our repair policy provided on July 21, 2025, we do not cover diminished value claims. We stand by the actions taken to resolve this matter fairly and transparently.

I found the app a little awkward to use when it came to entering start and end dates and times. I also found a glitch in which the start time always reset to 9 pm. Micah from customer support was able to help create a reservation for me when I was unable to get around this problem. So, I give the app a 2 out of 5 and Micah a 10 out of 5.

I spoke with Anne. Very nice and helpful. She walked me thru dispute online. Outstanding customer service. I hope who reviews my dispute is the same as I did submit payment onward code for parking and license plate matched but still issued a ticket due to selecting no to star question even though my handi cap spot didn’t have a star. The system needs to align. Thanks for all your understanding and help. Anne is a value associate and very nice.
