Premium Home SourceReviews of premiumhomesource.com

First, the company was the only one I could find that had the new MrCool DIY ceiling cassettes. Second, working with Alex as our sales rep was fantastic. This guy was on top of everything and responded/answered any and all questions super fast. I usually don't write reviews however, Alex and his crew deserve one.

Ordered an under-counter icemaker from Premium Home Source on December 18, 2022 and a promise of a 5-15 business day delivery. No status updates, no help - and when I finally contacted them on January 4th, they claimed they'd shipped the ice maker but had no tracking info. My attempts to get said tracking info (or any other documentation to prove that something had been shipped) were stonewalled and after a week of the runaround, I went ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card company. The last conversation I had with one of their representatives was typical: "It's the holidays, we're delayed, sorry."

I was blown away by the level of customer service and attention to detail I received. I ordered a MRCOOL system from this company and made a mistake in my order (wrong line set and coupler) and the company actually took the time to REVIEW my order.. find the mistake… and then call me to clarify. I’ve never received this level of service before! I’m sure Home Depot would have just shipped out my order without asking and then would have caused me so many headaches and delays with my project. The shipment was incredible fast and everything arrives well packaged and exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend Premium Home Source for any renovation project – you’re in good hands with them!

Very happy with my order through Premium Home Source!! They had incredible fast shipping – the entire order came in 2 days – I must live very close to the fulfillment center! The shipment was well packaged on a pallet and double re-enforced within a wood crate. We opened up the package this weekend and everything was flawless! The design of the appliances is immaculate. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would happily ship at Premium Home Source again!

Updated review after only 8 days! The customer service has been amazing! I really did not expect to have a response and the new vent hood to have been reordered and delivered so fast. They kept me undated on every step and the new hood arrived in no time. Because of this, I would recommend purchasing appliances from here. Thank you Premium Home Source for having an amazing customer service! As of right now, my review is only a one. Depending on the response that I get, this could change. I say this because I received my order through Premium Home Source and the products were damaged. My range looked good (haven’t taken out of the box and crate) but then they had my 95lbs microwave ON TOP of my vent hood! The driver stated this was packaged from the company because they still had the black straps around it. When we pulled everything apart, the vent hood had a scratch in the corner, two metal pieces were bent, and then the microwave box had two huge holes in it. I was very worried about the microwave, but didn’t visually see any damage. I am in the process of building my home and won’t be able to actually verify everything works until around September. I hope and pray that everything works as it should. I have sent an email with photos attached and waiting to see what kind of response I get back. I would have thought with the amount of money I had spent, they would have taken better care of the products they send out. I will update when I hear a response back.

Such an easy shopping experience. I never thought buying a range online could be this easy!! Premium Home Source was great in answering all my questions and making sure I was purchasing the right product! We ended up going with the Thor gas cooktop and gas oven range with the matching range hood. Fast shipping, great service – what else can you ask for?? Great experience all around.

It was so easy to shop for my new appliances at Premium Home Source. Their chat support answered all my questions and helped put together a custom package for me. The shipment was extremely fast – we got everything in under 1 week which is unheard of these days with all the delays! The appliances are absolutely beautiful!! We’ve had nothing but the absolute best experience shopping here! I would highly recommend shopping at this store for your major appliances. We’ll be back for an outdoor grill set in the summer!

Incredible customer service!! I was able to find the perfect appliance package for my new home. Premium Home Source was so helpful in the selection (even though I asked a million questions!!). The appliances are perfect and came super fast. They told me to expect some shipping delays but we were grateful to receive everything within he 2 week timeframe they provided. We’ve been using the new appliances for a few weeks now and I can safely say they are just as advertises. Thank you again!!!
