I purchased the MRCOOL system a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the set-up. First off, the customer service team at PHS were ROCK STARS!! They were able to answer all of my questions and even teach me things I didn't know - what to look out for etc. I'm so happy I found this store online. They have EXTREMELY knowledgable sales staff and saved me thousands of dollars with this sytem. I'm very happy with the quick connect and pre-charged line sets. The youtube videos online were extremely easy to follow and understand. Overall, 5 stars for the product and 10 stars for the customer service!

I bought a Thor electric range a few weeks ago and we just cooked with it for the first time this weekend. The range works perfectly and just as expected - the heating elements heat up almost instnalty and stays hot throughout the cycle. This is a well made and study machine! Premium Home Source customer service was amazing throughout the entire buying journey - I was a little hesitant spending this money money online but they made things so easy that I trusted them. I'm very happy with my choice in going through this company and would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. Thank you!

I ordered an entire Thor Kitchen package - the range, dishwasher, wine cooler, wall oven, and microwave drawer. So far received all my appliances except for the microwave drawer which had some delays. I was okay with that because we won't be installing the applainces for another 2-3 months but just wanted to secure the invensoty. I was very impressed with the packaging and the quality of the materials. We opened the box to check for any damages and found the appliances were in perfect condition. Fast shipping too! Happy with the customer service Premium Home Source provided and happy we received everything we ordered so quickly. I would highly recommend shopping here for your major home appliances.

Incredible shopping experience at Premium Home Source! I was in contact from Alex in sales and he put together a package with all the right appliances I needed for my kitchen makeover project. Extremely happy with the results! I went with the 48” thor range, range hood, wine cooler, ice maker, fridge, and extra griddle. I love the look of all of the appliances – they have a commercial feel to them and work just as expected. The shipping was faster than expected. I heard about so many supply chain issues and shipping delays from other retailers – but PHS was able to delivery EVERYTHING to my house within 3 weeks of order date. That’s almost unheard of these days. I rarely write reviews but I was so pleased with this experience that I want to have my voice heard and let others know that they should feel confident buying from this retailer – everything was top notch from the service to the products. I’m a customer for life and have already recommended a few close friends to both Thor and PHS. Thank you again Alex!

Purchased a 2 zone mini split system a few weeks ago. This unit arrived in perfect condition and was a breeze to install. MRCOOL really does have the easiest DIY system on the market. I would highly recommend this unit and shopping at this retailer - they helped me select the right unit for my house specs.

I placed an order for a vent fan that was listed in stock on Sept 21, I did not receive shipping confirmation, I contacted the company on Oct 4 and was told there was a change in shipping management and it was in stock and would be shipped out. On Oct 5 I received notice from Fed Ex it had been shipped. On Oct 13, Fed ex tracking stated label had been generated. I again contacted the company who stated it had not been shipped and could not explain why. I cancelled order and did receive a refund.

10/10 Recommend buying from Premium Home Source! Lots of payment options available if your don’t want to pay it at once. EXCELLENT customer service with any questions/updates requests/issues with orders. I ordered a Zline appliance set and accidentally added the incorrect address AND ordered the fridge without a water dispenser. I emailed the customer service email and within minutes my address for delivery was corrected and my order was updated to the fridge with the water dispenser. Alex, my customer service representative was amazing!! I will write another review once my appliances arrive.

I am a General Contractor in New Mexico. One of our custom home clients found the appliances they wanted on the Premium Home Source website. We ordered (4) kitchen appliances. The next day Alex G. from Premium Home Source called my office to inform me of the specifications a couple of the appliances had because they weren't the exact match to the other ones we'd ordered. He was correct. We accidentally ordered (2) appliances that had features that the customer did not want. He corrected our order and saved the customer money and a lot of unnecessary stress for them and my company! INCREDIBLE customer service from a web based company is rarely seen! In fact, I've never had an online company take the time to make sure I ordered the right product. I was EXTREMELY impressed, to say the least, and from now on I'll be purchasing everything I can from Premium Home Source because I know they employ and train people like Alex G. who go the "extra mile" for their customers! 5 stars from me! I'd give more stars if it was an option!
