AMAZING customer support!! They helped me find the perfect appliance package and I received it in record time – 3 business days from order date to arrival at my house! I’m blown away by how fast the shipping was because every other retailer told me 3-4 weeks MINIMUM. The appliances are incredible – everything was packaged very well and easy to install! Great company! Appliances arrived very quickly. I had a few questions with the appliances and Alex resolved them without hesitation.

The Thor Company is an American Company. The Premium Home Source Store which works together with Thor Store sold me a broken Thor gas range manufactured in China. The box was in good condition but the range had damage inside the box. It is a big problem to return money back, exchange, or send back the broken range with these two stores.

Overall amazing shopping experience. The customer service was great, the product selection was phenomenal and the shipping was fast and easy! We went with the all black zline autograph series with champagne bronze trim – splurged on the matching hood as well! I bought my entire Thor appliance set from Premium Home Source. So happy with how everything turned out! We installed all of the appliances and just waiting on the microwave drawer to arrive (it was on back order when we ordered). The service to get me choose these appliances was fantastic, the shipping was fast and easy, and the quality of the products was top notch. I wouldn’t recommend any other place to ship for your major kitchen appliances other than Premium Home Source! I’ve already recommended them to a few close family and friends.
