Everything went well but a small dent in frig door but they got on it right away n ordered another door.

Package came on time and was easy to install

Good price and Awesome customer service! I ordered a line kit for my Mr. Cool heat pump. Almost immediately recieved an e-mail asking if I was sure I had ordered the right one as there are no returns. I assured them that I indeed required the lines I ordered. I recieved the lines a few days later and now my heat pump is working. Even recieved a call asking how it all went. I will definitely order from Premium Home Source again!

We ordered an item for our tiny house that is being built, and found out we no longer needed it. They have us a label to return and fully reimbursed us. Great business.
