Im not sure why you dont have 5 stars. This is the best company. They gave me a replacement on the door on my mailbox no questions asked. I will definitely tell all of my friends all the good things.

We were finishing up our installation when our letter carrier stopped to deliver our mail. She got out of her vehicle to inspect it and commented that it was the coolest mailbox on her route. You can’t get a better compliment than that. We are very happy with our decision to purchase from Post and Porch. Sam kept in contact with updates on the status of our order during the entire process. Thanks Sam.

I needed my mailbox in a hurry since my last one was destroyed. The company did had inventory issues but as soon as I told them my situation, they expedited the order and kept me informed. The customer support was outstanding.

Want to enhance your homes curb appeal? Purchase and install a mailbox from "Post n Porch". It doesn't take long, I'm 77 years old and it took be less that 2 hour. (My old mailbox was cemented in the ground so ot took a little longer). The craftsmanship and quality of the materials is amazing and the paint job should last for many years. I can't recommend Post and Porch highly enough - my order started out a little difficult because my color was backordered and I forgot to order a post for my mailbox, but Sam stepped in and got everything taken care of and expedited. I am thrilled with the service and the product itself!

Their customer service is horrible and their products take forever to be delivered. When my order was eventually delivered it was the wrong color. I emailed Customer Support and they say it takes at least 4 days for them to respond to your message. I called their customer service phone number and the mailbox is full. This is totally unacceptable.

I am pleased to change my original review to something more positive. Like many others I struggled with the lack of reply via email, long shipping delays and inaccurate updates. Sam gave me a call, profusely apologized and ensured my mailbox arrived the day after his call. I even received a partial refund, all of which is fantastic customer service. The mailbox and post are really beautiful, great quality and look as pictured. I have no doubt this company will get 5 star reviews the moment they figure out their situation with stock and team coordination, which is what lead to shipping delays. Sam really rectified the situation the best he could, so I now would recommend this product.

High quality construction - once I FINALLY received it. That is the only thing in the box. They show a nice mailbox on a post. They failed to mention accesories need for a complete instalation. Customer Service? What customer service. I called over 6 times, LM, no call back!!! I found out that I needed a adapter plat for the 4 x 4. It took as long as the mailbox. Once I received the adapter plate, to my astonishment, they did not include the 4 screws ($.82)needed. I emailed requesting detailed info (size, thread count...)- no reply? I had to take the box to Lowes to physically find the correct mounting bolts. What a JOKE Run Forrest Run
