I have one but need another. Worth every penny. I have 5 cats so this makes my life so much easier but I do need a second one so they have two locations to choose from. I did upgrade to the taller front lip and the plastic collection box. Absolutely recommend this product

My wife and I love this litter box. I ordered it when it was still a Kickstarter and after it arrived, I had to buy two more that is how much we like it.

Seriously the best litter box made to date! Super quiet, reliable, zero odor and my cat has become obsessed with it. She stopped using her second regular litter box entirely! This box is in my main bedroom and I can’t even tell it’s in here. Worth every penny! Wish I would have found this one sooner instead of wasting my time with a drum litter box from a competitor that broke straight away (sensor problem like everyone else6. Customer service here was also super friendly and responsive and helped me fix a double order I accidentally placed easily!

Fantastic sales and support teams! A couple of small issues were addressed not only quickly, but effectively. Such friendly support, I feel valued and well looked after as a customer. The Popur 7 is also excellent value for money and is super- robust. Highly recommended product and team.

I have never experienced such poor service from an online shop. My order last year 05. December 2025 (#37447) has been delayed repeatedly and has still not been delivered. First I was told it would arrive on Monday, then on Tuesday — nothing arrived, no package, no tracking number, and no proper update. Instead, I received a constant stream of excuses: delayed vessels, holidays, pirate threats, heavy snow, warehouse shutdowns. Every week a new explanation, but still no shipment proof and no tracking information. Communication is inconsistent, unreliable, and completely lacking transparency. Without pressure and the involvement of PayPal, nothing seems to happen. As a customer, you feel ignored and misled. At this point, I can only hope that the product itself is acceptable — because the service and overall handling of this order are unacceptable. I do not recommend buying from this company to anyone. If the goods do not arrive, I will recover my money through PayPal Buyer Protection. Strong warning: avoid this seller.

I have had this litter box for a week now, replacing another brand that had some shortfalls....would need to shake the drawer everyday to disperse waste, frequent waste drawer bag changes (every 5 days), and smell. So far, I am super happy with it. I haven't had to mess with it at all yet other than adding some litter once. I have not smelled one thing since switching boxes and love the fact I no longer need to buy filters for the cat box. The waste bin still has a lot of room in it after my 2 cats have used it for a week. This box will be so much easier to clean than the previous one since the sifter comes off. I did order sn additional liner so when i do clean it out, i can leave it in the sun to dry all day. I also ordered the 10mm sifter so that I can use the longer grain litter, like tofu litter. Happy so far!

Only had the S7 a few days so far but the cats took right to it. Well, other than the hours they spent staring at it and looking at me going “Dad, what the h— is this thing?” In my experience so far it’s about the same volume when running as the Litter Robot, but with this one it’s been running for several days and the waster box is nowhere near 1/4 full. We have 4 cats and with the LR I was changing bags every 2-3 days. The waste bin is much bigger and as I travel a lot for work having a bigger bin is going to be amazing. The cats always have someone home but at least my husband and MIL who rarely even look the direction of the litter box don’t have to worry as much. Also, no smells so far. Granted our LR was old and smell over time traps. Will see how this does. What I do love and noticed during assembly was this thing is modular and so much easier to take apart for when I need to clean it. Plus, from what I understand, the pieces will be replaceable much easier and upgrades are coming! This means the base unit now already is great but future add-ons could make this even more amazing! I look forward to seeing how this does versus our old one. I did love the LR, but this feels like the right move. I sat on ordering it and compared to the LR5 and ultimately went with this one. Let’s hope I made the right choice. So far it seems I did.

Love all of mine. I have had 2 of the X5, and am working a few bugs out of my S7. The bugs being user error, not the unit itself. I just ordered another X5, as a gift, to the nokill shelter, I occasionally volunteer at. Best boxes on the market. I have been using the X5, for over 2 years, and my S7 since November of 2025.
