Several things I like about this company. 1st their customer service is right on. I purchased the S5 about 3 years ago. We have 2 Maine Coons and 1 black rescue cat. The 2 MC are large and this is the largest surface for them. We had another brand, had to sell it, Miss Bella couldn't fit in it. I wrote the company and asked if they would consider a larger one yet. They commented right back, they are working on it. 2nd very seldom do you get good customer service once you buy whatever it is. I had a problem in the beginning and they had me take a video and got right back. Until they get a bigger one, I am going to try the S7. I'll let you know if it will help my big ones.

One of the automatic lids for the X5 stopped working less than a year after buying it (finally upgrading from the old version), so I contacted them about it and they promptly sent a replacement! I've had other automatic litter boxes and issues always arise at some point; nothing is perfect. But the X5s have been great overall.

I have reached out to Customer Service at least three times with questions regarding my Popur S7 and they are always very prompt to answer ..considering the time change of course it may be the next day. But I always get very helpful tips and suggestions as to how to resolve the issue and I have had success every time! I do recommend this product even though there have been a few kinks to iron out, but that’s to be expected with a new launch. I also have a Popur S 5 that we have had for two years and it’s still working beautifully. I have three cats and I’m very grateful to have three Popur units.

Great customer service. Great product. Cats love it.

I have had the Popur X5 for about 2 years now. It is the best robotic litter box for trapping smell. I also like that it has an open top which is important for my cats’ comfort. I do wish it didn’t have any crevices for excrement or germs to get trapped in, but it’s not big enough of a problem to knock them down a star because overall I am super satisfied with this product

Absolutely love my litter tray I’ve had for around 4/5 years lovely litter tray heavy duty with 5 cats you’re always on your toes but with this one the waste is taken out automatically. I initially had a cardboard waste box however I had dogs n the tried getting into the waste so I opted for the plastic waste box n I’ve never looked back. My only real issue is my cats choose to use one side of the litter tray over both sides more equally so the litter waste fills quicker on one side. Quite easy to clean on the whole it’s just remove a bag from the back n replace top up the clumping litter n jobs a good one. Lovely machine all my cats love it it’s their favourite litter tray

While I had a tiny bit of a rough start…It stopped working…they have been accommodating and were diligent in correcting the issue.(We tried replacement parts,without success, and they replaced the unit) It’s very easy to clean, my cat uses and seems to love it. The dirty litter is contained, and easy to dispose of, so there’s never odor or mess. It’s definitely the easiest, best litter system I’ve used

After about 9 months on owning the Popur S7 I’m very satisfied. Both my cats switched to the S7 on the first day we got it. It cleans well and we only empty it about every 2 weeks. The customer service is great and they respond very quickly. When I had a small issue with a component they send a replacement with no hesitation. Also I love that they have every spare part for the machine available for sale on their website at a reasonable price. The S7 overall is a simple machine and easy to repair.
