Smaller than it looks
Though this unit looks large, it is more like a rectangle and doesn’t leave your cat a lot of room to turn around. Other than that, it works well, but for a large cat, it was no good. Also, beware purchasing through them, as even if you clean and sanitize it, they will likely keep your money upon return. I would recommend whatever you buy always purchase through a solid company like Chewy to make returns easy and headache free.

Hi Lylene, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Popur S7 is designed to accommodate cats of different sizes, including larger cats, though individual comfort can vary depending on each cat’s movement and litter box habits. We appreciate you sharing your personal experience with the space. Regarding the return, we handled the case in accordance with our return policy. The amount deducted was related to the non-refundable processing fee charged by the payment platform. Popur covered the shipping costs associated with both delivery and return. We understand that returns can still be frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Thank you again for your feedback.
