Ordered the parts on a Wednesday and the site said it would arrive on Saturday. Was planning on using the weekend to make the repair to my pool equipment. Parts didn’t arrive until Wednesday which kept the pool un-repaired for a much longer period of time.
Response from PoolZoomMar 24, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe, especially when you were planning to complete your repair over the weekend. We understand how frustrating delays like this can be. While we provide estimated delivery dates at checkout, shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control, and we are currently reviewing how we present those estimates to better reflect real transit times. We truly appreciate your patience and your order, and we’ll continue working to improve both our shipping accuracy and overall experience. If there is anything we can assist you with moving forward, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
