Received the part within the timeframe advertised AND this part was working as expected… i did order a complete IC60 chlorinator from another supplier before ordering only the electronic control from Poolzoom and they sent me a non functioning one which was supposedly new… i simply replaced their electronic control and the chlorinator is functioning

I ordered a pull cable for my robot vacuum, and unfortunately, it didn’t work for my particular situation. But this is exactly where great customer service makes all the difference. In the end, they issued me a full refund and told me there was no need to go through the hassle of returning the cable.
