I've been very pleased with my purchases from PoolZoom. Sometimes you don't know what you will get from internet sites that have great prices but I can verify that everything I've received was brand new and was OEM, arriving in the OEM boxes. This last purchase was a new Jandy salt cell and it was installed shortly after arriving and everything worked perfect.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve consistently had a great experience with PoolZoom and that your orders have met your expectations. It’s especially great to know your new Jandy salt cell arrived in perfect condition and is working exactly as it should. We take pride in offering genuine OEM products at competitive prices, so your feedback truly means a lot. We appreciate your trust and continued support, and we look forward to helping you with your pool needs again soon!

Sent me a defective light. Paid money to have my local pool company out and install a defective product. Called pool zoom to warranty out the light and I was told they can not help me over the phone and that I need to email the company lol.
Response from PoolZoomApr 6, 2026
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after having the light installed. Your warranty request has been submitted to the manufacturer for review. Many pool equipment warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer, which is why we requested that information via email so we could properly document and process the claim as quickly as possible. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Well, the item did not arrive on time and your marketing, specifically emails, are out of control. I must receive an email a day from your company and it's rather annoying. But thanks for asking
