The item offered rush shipping line 3-4 days for an additional cost of over $100 which I paid and then was told the item wouldn’t ship for 7-10 days and would then be rushed, which wasn’t what I was led to believe when I paid the extra rush fee.. when I complained they only refunded a portion of the rush shipping fee and the person I spoke with was rude

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. That experience was understandably frustrating, especially when you paid for rush shipping and expected a quicker timeline. We are very sorry the item had to be special ordered from the manufacturer and that this was not clearly communicated up front. We tried to let you know as soon as the order was placed, but we understand how disappointing that delay must have been. We are also sorry to hear that the customer service interaction did not feel respectful or helpful. That is not the standard we strive for. We are looking into this further to make sure our team communicates with clarity and care going forward. We truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to improve and would love the chance to provide a smoother experience next time.
