In my view this company should lose they’re Nissan franchise. Everything revolving around my dealings with them has been extremely negative. Shockingly bad service, incorrect diagnosis of engine issues leading to the vehicle being stripped down multiple times for no good reason. Endless excuses - we don’t have the staff, we are busy. Car was returned with substantial damage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY GIVE A DODGY BACK STREET GARAGE A BAD NAME

I have just had our car in for its first MOT I had a telephone call 90 Minutes before my appointment to tell me they had an internet outage. I was contacted later to inform me the problem was resolved and arranged a new appointment the same day. When I arrived they couldn’t apologise enough. I have left main dealerships due to the service centres not caring for customers This service centre treats customers as they should be treated.Well done for today and previous services

I felt I had to send this review of my experience at Polesworth garage as people are very quick to complain but not so quick to give praise when somebody/business goes out of their way to make your experience of buying a used car a pleasurable one. I just turned up interested in 2 used cars, the salesman listened and then recommended one over the other. After moving 4 cars sent me off on a test drive. I liked it and then had to organise finance with them which was quick and easy and not judgemental. I passed! I signed the paperwork and arranged to collect it the following week. It had 12 months MOT on it, been serviced, valeted and new car mats(nice touch). The salesman did the handover and explained it in my terms not confusing jargon and off I went very happy. Can thoroughly recommend Polesworth garage.

Called about a car advertised on their website to be told it was being driven around by someone else!?? Advised they should have it back the next day & I would be contacted so I could arrange a viewing. Received no call so I called again to enquire about it to be advised it should be back by 'close of play that day' and either way I would be contacted to be advised. Again no call. I called to speak to the sales manager but was advised he was not available, asked what the concern was so I gave the information & was advised the sales manager would call me back. Then the idiot who had twice said he would call but didn't called me back but I asked straight away to speak to the sales manager but was put through to the person I had spoken to earlier who then advised me he was the director!!? Why did he not advise of this when I originally spoke to him!? He then made excuses that I hadn't been called as the person who said he'd call me was too busy & must have forgotten! I said that wasn't good enough. He asked if I still wanted to view the car & I said absolutely not! If this is their customer service before I've even looked at the car then I would not be going near them! Reading the rest of the reviews on here I think I've dodged a bullet! Stay away from this shocking place.

Put deposit on a van and was told I could pick it up in a couple of days , this went on for nearly 5weeks as I was told one thing needed sorting but was minor , then something else needed sorting . To cut a long story sort the van needed a new gear box and and lots more jobs doing on it like air bag light was on and they couldn’t put it thru MOT . When I eventually picked up the van after 2 days the engine management light came on with the ABS light and break warning light . I took it back straight away and was told by the salesman that this is a good thing as they know wot wrong with it and can rectify it , now this after 5 weeks of waiting for it as it was in there garage being sorted and new MOT was put on . The vehicle was a load of junk and was not road worthy but it past an MOT a few days earlier. I requested my money back which I had paid in full . I was reimbursed in full . I think the only reason for this is that we brought a £26000 Nissan at the same time . Be very wary of wot your buying as my experience was not a good one at all .

Well, where do I even begin with this shining example of automotive excellence? Let's start with the impeccable warranty terms - a whopping three months or 3000 miles, whichever comes first. Because, you know, they're just so confident in their vehicles' longevity. And don't even get me started on their innovative solution to surpassing that limit by tampering with the vehicle's mileage on the paper work. It's like they're playing 4D chess while the rest of us are stuck in the 1980s. But fear not, because within a mere month of ownership, your car will probably transform into a real-life Pandora's box of mechanical mysteries, just waiting to be unlocked one expensive repair bill at a time. So if you enjoy the thrill of never knowing what automotive calamity awaits you around the corner, this is the dealership for you. Steer well clear! preferably in a vehicle from literally anywhere else scrap yard, cut and shut or just stolen, as you’re most likely have less issues.

SHOCKING ! Steve the so called car sales manager was obnoxious . The car we purchased spring exploded a week after purchasing. The car was part repaired. The company refused to follow a BEST PRACTICE REPAIR . Due to the shoddy repair, one week out of warranty, the exact same issue occurred with the other spring . Steering and suspension parts are both sold & should be replaced in pairs for good reason guys ! Your front of house has all the glitz of a main dealership…. In the rear you are doing breaker yard style repairs to unsuspecting clients ! Shame on you . A pair of springs are £40 and a small amount of labour to fit . NEVER AGAIN !

What can I say about this shocking garage Got 3 cars that didn’t work all with faults 2 x cars that they won’t have back or refund me within my 6 months consumer credit act. Assaulted my wife and daughter as they wouldn’t leave without a refund which we haven’t got yet either All happy and smiles when we were buying them then dont want to know when you have problems. Main man Martin shouldn’t run a company his behaviour has been appalling through out. Tried to get me to pay for my engine fault when the onus was on him to prove it wasn’t faulty at time of sale. Avoid at all costs.
