Shocking, disgusting service. Didn’t bring car as promised. No communication or call backs. Martin Newbold owner, didn’t seem to care. Charged over £330 for a 3 mile recovery. Said I wouldn’t ever use them, he said wouldn’t want to deal with me anyway. Joke of a ‘man’. Avoid!!!

I contacted this dealership to arrange a test drive for a company car, only to be told they would not offer more than a 10-minute accompanied drive. That’s simply not sufficient when you’re expected to make a properly informed decision on a vehicle. This dealership was recommended to me via a leasing company (Ogilvie), and I will be reporting this experience back to them directly, as it falls well below what you’d expect from an approved partner. How are you supposed to pick a car that you then required to keep for three years after 10 minutes of testing it? As someone based locally, I had intended to use this dealership, but that clearly isn’t viable. I’m also part of a wider group of around 40 employees currently considering MG electric vehicles, and I will be advising them to avoid this dealership if they want a proper test drive before committing. If you’re a company car driver who needs more than a token 10-minute drive to make a decision, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere as this dealership clearly isn’t interested.

Brought a new Suzuki vitara in April, for what ever reason they split with Suzuki. While waiting for my free health check on car they rang and cancelled, then said we do want anything else to do with it you are on your own.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible communication, never told me they didn’t have the logbook until I asked and assumed I’d be ok buying it without it present at time of sale, spent £27k and was offered a hand written receipt? Had to chase and chase. Said they were going to service it. But “forgot filters in another bag” lied about brake fluid change. While they had the car back, decided to race my car around on test drive hitting 76mph in a 40mph? Not even an apology. Promised call backs that never came. Martin the operations manager wasn’t even bothered. Rude. Had an issue with the car from Only a few days of having it, was intermittent but they had it for a week and couldn’t find out what it was, but had plenty of videos of it doing, since taking it to BMW they had it 1 day and has been diagnosed and having it fixed by people that know how to work with cars it’s been fine. There warranty is not to be trusted and worthless! This will be going further. Complaints sent to both Nissan and Suzuki with the evidence I have. Please think twice about using this place for your own sake. (Pics on google review) and journey with speeding, also point to note there were to different test drives where car was treated like this, I have attached only one)

Would give zero stars if I could. Stay clear of Sam Dunk and Travis Williams, both are compulsive liars. Advertisement for the car had false information.

Well where do I start. Got a ford ranger from this guy Paul. On finance. Got back home to Portsmouth. Then found out it had an oil leak. Water leak. Phoned them up this guy Martin Said it was not like that when we sold it to you. So told the finance company. Close brothers. Put in a complaint. They sent a guy down to pick it up. Had it for about 5 weeks. And couldn’t fix it. He phoned up saying It is still leaking. Every time I phoned them up, there was not returning my calls. They r a vey bad car dealers if you get a vehicle from them you will be silly. Don’t trust them. There even don’t service them. If that’s a family run business. It’s a joke Keep away never again. So the finance company got my deposit back.

In my view this company should lose they’re Nissan franchise. Everything revolving around my dealings with them has been extremely negative. Shockingly bad service, incorrect diagnosis of engine issues leading to the vehicle being stripped down multiple times for no good reason. Endless excuses - we don’t have the staff, we are busy. Car was returned with substantial damage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY GIVE A DODGY BACK STREET GARAGE A BAD NAME

Called about a car advertised on their website to be told it was being driven around by someone else!?? Advised they should have it back the next day & I would be contacted so I could arrange a viewing. Received no call so I called again to enquire about it to be advised it should be back by 'close of play that day' and either way I would be contacted to be advised. Again no call. I called to speak to the sales manager but was advised he was not available, asked what the concern was so I gave the information & was advised the sales manager would call me back. Then the idiot who had twice said he would call but didn't called me back but I asked straight away to speak to the sales manager but was put through to the person I had spoken to earlier who then advised me he was the director!!? Why did he not advise of this when I originally spoke to him!? He then made excuses that I hadn't been called as the person who said he'd call me was too busy & must have forgotten! I said that wasn't good enough. He asked if I still wanted to view the car & I said absolutely not! If this is their customer service before I've even looked at the car then I would not be going near them! Reading the rest of the reviews on here I think I've dodged a bullet! Stay away from this shocking place.
