If I could give less than 1 star then I would, We couldn’t turn up on the Thursday, so we rebooked for Saturday. We had a booked appointment, an agreed finance application and the required deposit to purchase the vehicle. We travelled 1hr 30 mins to see this vehicle with the intention to buy. Only to be told on arrival that it had been SOLD that morning. Apparently by the managing director that didn’t have the decency to come out and speak to us.. just sent one of his minions instead, says it all really. Fuming was an understatement 🤬🤬. We were treated like a number not a customer. Clearly Commission focused. You’ve not learnt from some of you other reviews obviously. A good reputation will lead to more commission. I hope that this review sticks in people’s minds and stops a few people from being treated the same way we have.

My mistake trusting Shaun the sales guy and buying a car from here. Lied to from start and when I complained was told "tough you bought an older car (2016!) you should have checked it over before leaving" Even tried to blame me for the list of faults that he said developed on trip home. I bought this car from a distance as it was the spec I liked. Arrived at the garage late( they couldn't be bothered to collect me from train station btw). I just wanted to go home and hence did not check car properly. Big mistake! If think you have found dream car here, PLEASE think again. There are plenty of cars around look elsewhere. Even the taxi driver warned me against buying here.

Terrible communications; attempts to fit used parts to a newly purchased car after they messed up servicing it. I had to threaten to reject the car, two months into a FOUR-month saga, before they actually decided to order new parts. Seriously, SERIOUSLY terrible communications; I had constant promises of regular updates, but only ever got an update after calling/emailing them, and even that would be several days later. I did get a nice courtesy car. This garage used to be listed on Trustpilot, with some terrible reviews - but mysteriously vanished. Hmmmm.
