Having dealt with Paul in Sales who was first rate in knowledge of the vehicles and very helpful in assisting me in making the right choice for my particular needs my experience throughout was relaxed and stress free. Shocking, disgusting service. Didn’t bring car as promised. No communication or call backs. Martin Newbold owner, didn’t seem to care. Charged over £330 for a 3 mile recovery. Said I wouldn’t ever use them, he said wouldn’t want to deal with me anyway. Joke of a ‘man’. Avoid!!!

I've been using Elaine in the parts department, and the service was excellent. She's incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she consistently provides fantastic customer service with a friendly attitude. It's a pleasure dealing with someone so reliable.
