What started as a positive experience( no harsh sales, followed around forecourt etc) seemingly went wrong. Went to trade in my car and was knocked down on a minor crack on the bumper and told it would need replacing. Fair enough. Picked my new car up, got home the screen was not working, engine is making rattling sounds and no urgency to get it sorted out. Looked online to see my old car with old cracked bumper still in tact. Pretty bad tactic tbh. Won’t be recommending and glad I went elsewhere for the finance.
