Polesworth GarageReviews of polesworth-garage.com

Went into this garage and was looking to purchase a new car, Richard was very patient, supportive and made sure everything was perfect I couldn’t of asked for a better experience, not pushy like a lot of car dealerships can be, he asked all the right questions to make sure I left with the perfect vehicle Thank you again, really pleased with the whole experience

I can only rate the experience based on the sales service as I have only had the car a few days. The process was really quick from enquiry to collection took a week. Steve was really good, thoroughly went through all the car gadgets etc so that I knew how to use it properly for best economy etc. I’ve never had that before so it was nice for someone to take the time.

SHOCKING IS ALL I CAN SAY, We orderd a part on Thusrday 03/12/23 and told it would be in Saturday, so went to collect it this Monday 5/12/23. The part was not orderd and was told by the adviser that never took our call.... that we had not orderd it on 2 occasions in conversation. I was angry that the part was not orderd but then to be told we did't order it well...... Look at all the reviews for this garage just SHOCKING.....We will nevre use again.

Had my first major service, car was collected from my work between 8-9 the only thing I had to do was chase the collection as it had gone over the time but driver was on the way HS2 has a lot to answer for . I then received an email with list points on the car . I was contacted to see if I wanted to have the wipers replaced , staff were nice and polite and friendly . The car was dropped off back at my work at 4 looking beautiful inside and out. What was even better I pay into a service plan so no nasty bills especially at this time of year . A1 *****

Resolving issues I'm amazed at how Polesworth Garage monumentally fail regarding customer service. Do they even check their reviews? Is any action taken? Having purchased a vehicle from them, it was agreed that the timing belts were to be replaced so would require booking back in at their service centre. After dropping the car with them and explaining to the service receptionist a fault had developed in the instrument cluster, I was assured they would be straight on it. After a full week of no contact, I called the service centre to be told my car had not even been looked at. I was given shirty responses.to my questions and excuses that as someone in the motor trade, were totally implausible. A further week of waiting and no phone call resulted in my calling again to be more attitude and it was clear the service department couldn't care less. In short, the car was returned to me after a MONTH. Totally unacceptable for what should have been a simple job. Even the driver returning my vehicle gave me attitude, complaining in an unprofessional manner about the 'f**cking roads' where I live. There was no follow up..., No phone call to check everything was satisfactory..... No sweeteners..... Nothing. Just empty assurances that my complaint has been escalated to the MD who must be hiding in the same place as the Service Manager, as neither have made contact. Such a shame that simple communications and better attitude would have made so much difference.

Purchased a used Nissan leaf on 0% finance from here. Was a little wary after reading some of the reviews. I had no issues, nice car, warranty, not particularly pushy. Even had a coffee

Contacted the garage and spoke to sales manager Steve Saddler because I was interested in buying an Nissan XTrail. Left my details for a video to be done and some questions I had raised. He told me that he would get back to me later and when he didn't I phoned the garage again and was told by a receptionist that he would get back to me. He hasn't bothered so my question is, why advertise a car for sale if you're not willing follow up a potential customer's request.

What started as a positive experience( no harsh sales, followed around forecourt etc) seemingly went wrong. Went to trade in my car and was knocked down on a minor crack on the bumper and told it would need replacing. Fair enough. Picked my new car up, got home the screen was not working, engine is making rattling sounds and no urgency to get it sorted out. Looked online to see my old car with old cracked bumper still in tact. Pretty bad tactic tbh. Won’t be recommending and glad I went elsewhere for the finance.
