I was very pleased with customer service (Sheryll) who addressed my concern with great understanding and compassion. I didn't have a fault with the actual Pluxy epilator but found using it on my face wasn't achieving the effect that I had wanted. It has been a new learning experience, and I was given instructions how to use it more effectively. If anyone is thinking of buying Pluxy, there is a technique to it, but honestly, it is worth every penny.

I had quite high hopes for this after reading the reviews. I'll be honest I am very disappointed. It gets the finest hairs but that's it. No good at all for even remotely thick hairs. Had to go for a wax today.

Pluxy has managed to get rid of some of the finer hairs on my chin and it is as good as waxing. Despite this there have been a few instances where it has sucked in my skin and left it bleeding and sore. It does not seem able to get some of the thicker hairs underneath my chin. I am persevering as I think it has the potential to be really good. It does look terrifying when you first start and very noisy.

Extremely Loud and Very Painful! I wrote and asked for a refund, got an email trying to negotiate with me by offering 30% refund if I keep it. I wrote back and said make it 50% and I would donate it to my cancer center where I receive care. If not, please email me a return shipping label. I do not want this product. I wish I had read these reviews before buying it. It scares me, it hurts and I want my money back. I will call Pluxy tomorrow again. I do not recommend this product.

This product did not do for me what it said on the tin! I used it just the way it advised, I even watched You tube videos but all I got was a sore face and remained hairy! I posted several times on their Facebook page but no one from the company acknowledged my issues. I purchased in May 24 and have tried less than a handful of times but with the same result. I read in their T's & C's that it could not be returned if it had been used so did not go down that route. I feel I have wasted £58!

A great product! Yes it’s painful but so is waxing and plucking with tweezers! It takes a bit of effort the first time to get used to it but so much more convenient and quicker than other hair removal. It’s rather noisy though. And the noise can be quite scary when you first turn it on!

This does not work and the company is so desperate to not have anyone know how poorly this works they offered to give me a 30% refund if I kept both. BEWARE when you want to return the product they want you to pay them $7 to print a return label. As an alternative, we can offer you a 30% refund if you decide to keep it.

The pluxy didn't work on m. I grew my hairs long term cut themthen tried everyday at different lengths. Never would pick up any hair. I text he company wanted to return it 3 days ago.i gt an instant response of some directions and an offer to get a 30% refund if I chose to keep it. I have text back several times wanting return instructions. No reply whatsoever. Seems like a scam to me.
