I LOVED it. it makes me very happy. It was the best purchase to help my self esteem improve. If I could give it 10 stars I would, very happy with the results. My skin is smooth and all the hair is gone.

Hated this item. Tried it, found it painful, noisy and quite terrifying to use so parcelled it up and sent it back within 24 hours. Big mistake. Apparently you are supposed to contact Pluxy and get their permission and instructions on how to return and ask for a refund. I’ve produced proof of posting but they won’t budge so now they have my money and returned gadget. Stalemate. PS 24 hours after posting this review Pluxy has been in touch to tell me they will be refunding my money.

Firstly, I would like to say that the customer service was good and the options for refund were available. However, the Pluxy is not exactly as the positive write ups unfortunately. It is aggressive, loud and nips your skin. The customer service did send me a video to watch on how to use it, which I did watch (in the hope it would work better) but it didn´t make any difference. In addition to this it didn´t remove any of the short hairs. I believe it is only good with a "forest" on your face and doesn´t work with short re-growth. I subsequently went and bought the Braun mini hair remover and it is perfect and cheaper. I am sorry that I have to write this review as I was really hoping for a success story after all the positive write ups. It took Pluxy only 3 hours to do a partical refund - 10/10 for their customer service

Customer Service! I purchased this product on August 3rd and still have NOT received my product or tracking #. I have reached out to them regarding this and they emailed me right back assuring me that they wete on it. Its August 14th and I still have NOT received my tracking number or product. I've tried emailing them again twice and my emails won't go through now.

I definitely rate this. It does take a good bit of practice to get it right, bit it's worth the effort. You do have to be careful, it can "nip" the skin. I use it while watching TV with a mirror. It took me an hour over two evenings to remove chin, upper lip and neck. Can't comment on regrowth as it's my first use, but my chin hasn't been so smooth for 20 years!

It does pull out hair fine ones but long ones still there ,but it also sucked in my skin and left some cuts bit afraid to use it now to be onset

Love it. When start you will feel the hairs being pulled. Do a little bit at a time and eventually it is so easy feels amazing.

I used this product as the instructions advise but have been left with a very sore open wound on my face. It has actually removed a layer of skin. The wound keeps bleeding, is very painful not to mention unsightly. The hair still seems to be there though. UPDATE 8/8/24 I have contacted them direct via email. I got a very polite and apologetic reply with return instructions.However, I have sent two follow up emails and had no response as yet. I will give them a few more days to respond. I’m not hopeful looking at some of the other reviews.
