Not a safe product
Save yourself, do not purchase. This product is dangerous. I will start with the one positive, the product did get rid of the fine hairs on my cheeks HOWEVER... It did not pluck the lovely, thicker post-menopausal chin hairs, so I still had to pluck those with my tweezers. But what is even worse follows. It also pulled the SKIN of my neck into it, and it was literally stuck on my neck! My husband had to rush over to help me get it off! It was obviously painful, and scary, to be quite honest. It made it look like I had a hickey for the next 5 or so days. I thought maybe it was operator error, in that I didn't realize the charge was low. So, I saved it, and dared to try it again. Today, after recently charging it completely, I was trying it again on those darn post-menopausal chin hairs. Again, trying to verify it was not operator error, this time it started to pull my (chin) skin into it again. In the trash it went, and onto my phone I went to write a review. Don't do it. My face skin is still pretty tight, I don't have wrinkles, other than some crows feet... I can only imagine the damage it could do on saggy/wrinkled skin! SCARY!!
