Dr Rifat was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and understanding.

Booked the appt on their website. Appt was scheduled for 815 pm MST. After waiting on line until 915 pm MST with 10 unanswered emails, 2 phone calls and no doctor showing up, I cancelled while still on the app waiting. These crooks then auto charged my credit card another $50!! Theyve taken $65 from me and there is zero to show for it except an hour wasted.

This was my first consultation with PlushCare. Downloading the app was seamless, just as setting up an account. They made it easy to input all of my medical history. The doctor was prompt in joining the conference call and was pleasant, thorough, and professional. Followup was prompt. I am very pleased and feel good such a service is readily available.

Plenty of available appointments, easy to schedule, easy to use app with lots of helpful features. Doctor listened and answered my questions and took time to explain my care plan.

I had an emergency situation and the receptionist got me an immediate appointment. My doctor was absolutely excellent, capable competent, kind, quick, exact. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I was starting the weekend with a UTI and my doctor was out of town so I decided to use my PlushCare app and I found a doctor that was wonderful. She had ordered lab work at quest and then ordered my medication and I had the medication here at home to start by that afternoon, I loved Dr Pancholy so much for the way she cared and listened to my issues that I made her my primary doctor on PlushCare. It is extremely rare for me to be this pleased with any purchase or service. PlushCare has completely altered my relationship with my own care. Being able to speak to a doctor so quickly when I need care is invaluable. I’m a member of the lgbtq community and being myself and expressing my real medical needs to doctors I never know if I’m safe. But PlushCare makes me feel safe. I even signed my mom up. It’s so worth it!
