Happy to report I had an excellent experience with PlushCare. The night before a long trip, I came down with a bronchial infection (not fortunately Covid) From previous experience I knew I needed a course of Zithromax posthaste. This being a Sunday (of course it was) I took a chance with Plushcare and was quickly rewarded for my efforts (and $129) I met with Dr Jennifer Spurlock online, over video, for about ten minutes, after filling out the required paperwork before our meeting. She asked all the right questions and made some excellent suggestions. She had three prescriptions waiting for me to collect at my chosen pharmacy within a couple of hours. Thanks to Dr Spurlock (and Plushcare) I was able to travel and quickly recover from the chest infection I was struggling with. If you need to see a doctor quickly, I highly recommend this excellent service.

I wanted to ask a question. I have insurance. It was related to a medication my primary had given me. She’s in maternity leave so I made an appt with plush. 129.00 for this answer “ call your primary”. I am an RN - a reasonable person. I could have asked a random provider at work Ridiculous rip off scam. Do not use! On phone for 1 min. Again this is a fraud. A scam. Don’t think the person I talked to - maybe not even a doctor. They just put a white coat on him.

I was able to see a doctor very quickly after testing postive for COVID. I was charged $129 - for an appointment that lasted less than 1 min. Prescribed Paxlovid as requested. However, needed a -preauth for insurance. That should be a simple process. 4 days later and NOTHING done by Plushcare. Simply too late.

Very easy to navigate the app and the website. When you book an appointment they have a list of doctors that are available and what times they are throughout the day and into the night. When you click on a doctor it gives you their schooling and what their field of expertise is. There are also reviews for every doctor from other patients. I'm the doctor I used listened and gave great advice.I will be checking up in a couple of weeks to continue my health care plan.

For the previous few days, my wife and I had experienced a very sore throat, pounding headaches, sneezing, coughing, chills - you know. Called my doctor's office - "he can see you a week from Friday". You know THAT drill too. I contact PlushCare and was able to schedule a time to speak with an MD - not only that same day, but within the hour. I worked with Dr. Keystone who asked many questions then zeroed-in on "you need to do a covid test today, then again tomorrow morning and if it's positive, call us back". Bingo. COVID it is. He prescribed Plax and I picked it up from my pharmacy 3 hours later. Medicine in my body within 5 hours of talking to the doctor. If not for PlushCare, my wife and I would be sitting here in pain/agony, not knowing for sure what the problems were and meanwhile COVID would be getting a stronger hold on us - for OVER another week! Problem solved! and in an incredible short period of time and at a VERY reasonable price. Oh - and by the way, I didn't have to leave my home except to pick up the prescription. THANK YOU PlushCare!

The doctor barely asked me any questions and then proceeded to prescribe me to a medicine I was already taking. Wouldn’t listen to me about what medicine I thought I needed. I need a z-pak and I was given a cough medicine. Rip off! DONT USE THIS SERVICE. I’m out $129 and no closer to feeling better
