The whole experience

This was an expensive waste of time. I spent almost 3 months attempting to get a valid prescription and zero to no help from Plush Care when I explained the problem over and over again. I gave up and asked for a full refund which they refused to give me. Extremely unhappy with the customer service. I was able to get what I needed somewhere else, faster and cheaper without any difficulties

Horrible experience so far...tried to set one appointment with Dr Eleanore Bernadas and she showed up 15 minutes late, when we are asked to show up early. She seemed uninterested in helping me and was quick to force me to reschedule. Called customer service, they refunded me without asking to set up a new appointment, now I have two payments on my card and I am just trying to see a doctor, not very professional so far!!!!!!!

The ease of setting an appointment, especially if I needed to have one in the next 24-48 hours with my primary.

The site was easy to navigate. The physician was right on time for the video chat and was very attentive. At one point my signal wasn’t the best and she was patient while I worked on the connection. Using PlushCare was very helpful as I didn’t feel well enough to drive myself ton Urgent Care.

Update - 1 month later and I am still seeing attempts to charge my card. Even after a "We will not attempt to charge your card anymore" email. This company spams keywords to falsely advertise their services. Need a neurologist? A cardiologist? Plushcare has it all! That is, until you sign up for their services and find out they do not have any specialists, just nurse practitioners and general practice doctors... They prey on people who are desperate for help in a world where healthcare is inaccessible. My experience with a doctor was subpar at best. I could have ( and did) find better answers for my health issues with an AI. On top of that, they continue to attempt to charge my card month after month. I have sent them 4 separate emails requesting that they stop doing this, but I get emails from my card company telling me that they are charging it and the fee has been declined.

DR. LOGAN IS BOTH PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH & EMPATHIC. SHE COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY

Very easy to make an appointment, downloaded the app which worked great - my insurance covered it and I paid my typical copay. The Dr I had was efficient, caring and thorough. My medication was ready within an hour of concluding my appointment, at the pharmacy of my choosing. I will use them again and had my family do the same.
