I tested positive for Covid on Labor Day morning and felt awful. I have Kaiser health insurance so I contacted them in hopes of a telehealth appointment for a Dr. to prescribe Paxlovid. They advised me to go to Urgent Care because of the holiday, remote appts were unavailable. I could barely get out of bed and it’s obvi highly contagious so that wasn’t going to happen. After one quick Google search I found PlushCare and within one hour was able to speak with a doctor and get Paxlovid prescribed. I’m on day 3 of this nasty illness and my symptoms have become so mild. I completely attribute this to the timely manner I was able to get my hands on medication. My husband was able to pick it up for me and within 3 hours I started the treatment. Really surprised to see so many negative reviews. 10/10 would recommend. I’m absolutely hanging on to the monthly membership which is affordable. First month is free and I was able to add my husband to the plan as well. Big thanks to Dr. Pancholy! She was awesome:)

I paid for a 15 minutes consult. The appointment was at 11:00 am, at 11:01, the doctor said good buy and just disappeared. He did not asked if there was something more he can help me with. In the pre consult survey I said yes to my interest on assessing myself for cholesterol and diabetes. The doctor never asked about it, and I did not had a chance of bringing out the theme. I wrote a complaint to the company and they apologized. However, they told me to schedule another appointment and ask for the referrals. I feel that I was robbed of my paid time, and treated in a careless way. I do not recommend this service.

Dr was very understanding. He listened to me then explained what he thought was honing on and what he was prescribing.

This is a joke. I called, talked to a wonderful doctor. Then I could not get the script, they never sent it to 2 different pharmacies, customer service is AWFUL!!! I called to see if they could send it to another pharmacy they said 24-48 hours! Then they sent it, and the pharmacy did not get it, now I leave for home on an airplane tomorrow, with an earache. So they did absolutely nothing! I am fighting to get my money back. I am assuming I will not, therefore I am writing this to warn everyone else about this company!!

Horrible. Just awful. No nothing. Not kind inquisitive. Just the worst disappointment Charged me 3times after I cancelled. Scam!!! Stay away

I was so relieved to get into the virtual, online doctor so quickly. He was a good listener, very kind, and helped me make the best decision for me concerning medication. My prescription was ready for pick up 2 hours after the call. I am very grateful. Lisa

I've simply tried to get a work note. I've been om the phone 4 different times with them today. Trying to log in and schedule an appointment. I incur an error msg that no one seems to be able to get me some tech help. Very frustrating. After all this time spent trying to do log in I'm still a square one.

This company is a joke. They try to rack up appointments, thus more $. I spent hours uploading requested info yet they kept saying things were missing and wanted me to go repeat the labs for yet more money and time wasted. You could clearly see I had the labs. I challenged them to go listen to the audio of my first visit to confirm what I was stating the doctor said. Nope, wouldn't do it. I had two doctor visits where the doctor never showed then I had to call to get my money back. Total waste of time. Oh yeah, you also have to be on a monthly subscription for $20.
