I did a telehealth appointment with Dr O I told her that I had uti symptoms. She would prescribe me any medication because she wasn’t sure that what it was even though i told her it was I have one before so I know . She told me I could go the er . I’m not going to er for a uti . I ended up wasting my boyfriends money on nothing they did not take my insurance. I had to go to another provider and he gave me an antibiotic. I think I should get my money back since she did nothing for me .

I've been a Plushcare patient for 6+ years. My physician is exceptional; always takes the time to explain and understand my needs.

Tonya J helped me and provided excellent customer service. I was frustrated when I had to call in because I needed to make urgent changes and Tonya was very understanding. I did not believe I had enough time to do what I wanted to do and the process was not working the way it should. Tonya was polite and helpful and was able to update everything I needed in time and stayed on the phone with me through the whole process. I ended the call feeling 10 times better than before I called in.

Doctor Cristina Acosta literally saved my life. I’ve been to multiple doctor’s appointments outside of PlushCare virtually and in person but nothing helped. Working with my doctor she got me on the right medication for my eczema, bipolar, and panic disorder. She changed my life and the medication she put me on helps me so much. Every appointment she is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Could not recommend enough.
