BEWARE AND PLEASE READ: If I could give this Plushcare company a -5 star review I would. Once you agree to see a doctor they will hide a membership fee in fine print that they don’t tell you about and they automatically charge your credit card every month. By the time you figure this out and try to cancel it is an impossible task. They give you the runaround on the phone and you can’t cancel on website. Go see how many complaints this company has on BBB website. It’s outrageous!!!

PlushCare is the bomb.com !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you need a doctor with no nonesense, call PlushCare and they will handle your needs. I love PlushCare. Tony

The staff that I connected to were very easy to understand, willing to explain things and anxious to help me get the care I needed in a timely fashion.

It was a wonderful experience. We live in a fast paced society and it's sometimes not very convenient, practical, or cost effective to take the time to focus on your health needs. It can also take a month or more to get an appointment in some cities. I find Plushcare to be a simple and easy alternative that fits in with your schedule and the provider that I worked with was very personable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Wasted well over 2 hours of my time to have a doctor cancel appointment claiming treatment I was seeking was banned which is not truthful as I joined because of others in my community reporting favorable outcomes. The appointment was cancelled , Plushcare didn't bother returning my call , no explanation just a complete waste. No customer service or concern for their patients. Do not bother. I waa so hopeful based upon reports from my local friends but couldn't. Have been treated worse by a healthcare provider.

I found PlushCare via a web search for urgent care when I was traveling to the San Francisco Bay Area for work and had a severe sinus infection. PlushCare was only licensed in a few areas at that time, and telemedicine wasn't a big thing yet but I decided to try and see since it let me stay in my hotel room. I've never looked back. Providers are always compassionate and helpful, and I'm always able to get an appointment when I need it for prescription refills or urgent care needs without having to spend time traveling and waiting in a physical location.

They will not provide a simple one time billing charge ! The customer service will never reply or explain the high billing for one visit ! For that reason do not use this service! nEVER Any once they have your credit card number ! They will never display billing cost even for one visit
