Stole $75 from me. Charged me a no show fee for an appointment where I sat on the call for 20 minutes waiting for the doctor to log on and they never did. A message popped up telling me I could reschedule the appointment for free, which I did. But then, I received an email informing me I had missed my appointment and that I would be charged. I have emailed customer service about this twice and received no response. In app messaging hasn't responded to me either. If this isn't resolved in the next day or so, I will be issuing a chargeback with my bank and cancelling my subscription.

I have visited PlushCare doctors four times, three in the last month when I was traveling and couldn’t see my regular primary doctor. I did a lot of research before choosing them, they are the least expensive and have very qualified doctors on staff. I had positive experiences with all three of the doctors that I saw (one I visited twice). They were extremely knowledgeable, took their time and asked a lot of good questions, were caring and most importantly, correctly diagnosed the problem and prescribed the proper medications. The medications arrived at the pharmacy within an hour. I think the service is a real bargain for $20 a month and I even added my daughter and grandchildren to the family plan (my daughter was also very satisfied with a recent visit). Plus, I actually prefer visiting PlushCare doctors rather than waiting for a week to get an appointment at my primary doctor and sitting in her office for an hour. The PlushCare doctors are available 24-7, even on weekends. They billed my insurance and I haven’t had to pay anything additional other than the membership fee.

Cesar Duque pretended he didn't know what he was prescribing me. It was an antidepressant that can have weight loss side effects. He flat out lied when I asked what class of drug this was. Duque said, "I don't know." Anything to make the commission, even IF IT BREAKS LAWS BY LYING TO PATIENTS AND FEIGNING IGNORANCE. Antidepressants / SSRIs can have psychotic effects on me. I can't believe this no ethics doctor lied to me about this POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS class of drugs. He should not have his license! I am not depressed or suffering the symptoms that would have merited SSRIs. Another doctor immediately dismissed me as a patient as a no show AND CHARGED ME when I was told I didn't have to meet with him due to the outrageous behavior of PlushCare's first doctor. Apparently, I did. The second doctor is a pediatrician!!! He does not have working knowledge of GLP-1s for adults. I was done. An absolute sh*t show of a company that should not be operating and hires the worst of the worst doctors and then defends their behaviors. This is an unacceptable sleazy scam site.

My service membership was cancelled after one appointment. The company continued to charge me for membership and stated they had no record of charging me. My bank pulled up for records for 2 years worth of membership charges that they refused to refund me. Disputed by my bank. This plushcare billing person told me that he has had other customers with the same issue. He requested a summary but plushcare has denied my refund. Do not use this service. It’s a scam.

Quick and easy. Great doctor and very knowledgeable about my specific injury. App was easy to navigate. Will definitely use it again.

I've had three online consultations with doctors on PlushCare. One was great and very helpful. The other two were very dismissive. One, in particular, totally brushed aside my serious and real problems with internal inflammation and mold toxins that I'd been experiencing. The PlushCare website also makes it hard to leave a direct review of the doctors themselves.

Plush Care has abysmal customer service. The communication between the physicians and the Plush staff is almost non-existent. The doctor will tell you one thing during the appointment, but the staff will not adhere to what the doctor advises. Instead of making the process easier, their interference causes unnecessary delays and obstacles.

I was very disappointed in the whole interaction would not recommend this to anyone. I had scheduled an appointment and waited on the call for the Provider to arrive for 20 minutes before then calling the help line. I selected the option to be called back when someone was available to talk, and then when I received a call back the person on the other line said “stop acting like a little b****” and hung up the phone. It says that calls are recorded and monitored for training purposes, and if that’s the case I feel like some sort of report should be made about the person that called me. I then called back and waited to talk to someone and explained the situation and what had happened and had them cancel my membership, that person was helpful and did her job her job well. I am very disappointed in PlushCare and their team, and I am appalled that that happened on a recorded line and was the kind of transaction between a patient and a staff member.
