I needed a telehealth conference while out of town visiting family. I found Plushcare on line and gave it a shot. The conference was scheduled within one hour of my inquiry. I video-conferenced a doctor at the prescribed time. She was thorough and professional. She prescribed my some meds which I was able to pick up at a local pharmacy. Could not have been happier with the experience!

First and foremost I’ve never had problems with PlushCare in the beginning but it’s a steady decline and sure enough I had this Dr Leah Threadwell. I sat there and told her I was going through some stuff and this medicine worked for me and she didn’t everything in her power to say no. What a terrible human being. I was telling her it made my issues go away and she was telling me I was wrong. It doesn’t work that way when I know how my body works and functions. I ended up going thru a different service. It’s funny how they had no issue with it since is not a controlled substance. PlushCare is officially crapcare.

Husband used after getting COVID on Thanksgiving n spending hours in Urgent Care, only to be given wrong rx dose due to only having 1 kidney. Unsubcribed as required after "free trial" but still getting bills, almost a year later! We have called repeatedly n told they would fix it n reverse the charges, but we r still getting told we owe money, even after giving them our primary n secondary insurances, after which there should be no further balance. Incredibly frustrating. Don't do it if u r debating it - it is just not worth it!

Getting care was quick, easy, and accessible. The doctor was great, and the whole process from booking to appointment was seamless.
