Buyer Beware!!! This is a shady and fraudulent company. They let you book an initial appointment without making it clear you are signing up to pay $20 per month indefinitely. They never send notices they are collecting this money nor do they send receipts. You can find this info on the website but they hide it and make it hard to find before committing to the appointment and service. I wonder how many patients they are collecting $20 per month from who are unaware? A truly unethical company that needs to be sued!

Great experience with PlushCare. My Dr is fantastic. Had a minor issue with a charge the other day, but Solomon from the care team had it sorted out quickly.

Amanda went above and beyond! She fixed my issue and made sure I had a few laughs in between to ease my mood. Definitely gave top notch customer service!

The process of getting an appointment was easy. Parts of the medical history had to be done on a laptop because of limitations of my phone or the app. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish there had been more detail in the appointment summary. But overall, it was a good experience and I plan on using the platform again.
