I have been meeting with Dr. Riad Abdelkarim through PlushCare, and our interactions have always been professional, thoughtful, and reassuring. He listens carefully, remembers my history, and explains things clearly without rushing. Each visit feels personal and well managed, and I consistently feel confident in his care.

My experience was great and it is such a simple, easy process to speak with a doctor. I didn’t want to go into the Instacare because of all the sickness going around. I’m thankful for PlushCare taking care of me in the privacy of my own home.

Dr. Stacey Mitchell Doyle is her name!!!! One of the worse doctors I have ever seen in my life. I go in on telehealth and state I’ve been sick for 3 weeks think I need antibiotics and she makes an ugly face and then goes u don’t need antibiotics. Like instantly wasn’t even listening to me tried saying I have a cold. Ur dumb I went to a real doctor and I have bronchitis and was prescribed antibiotics so honestly I’d be mindful going to any of these doctors this women is a goofy and fraud. I think the jiu jitsu is getting to her head😂 so unprofessional and u were so wrong someone need to validate her license fr she a hazard to society

Shockingly easy to use with easy and quick access to online physicians. In the past, with my corporate health care provider, I had to wait 2-3 months to get an appointment! With PlushCare, I can get same day visits which are covered fully by my insurance! I highly recommend!

I have no recollection of this company. I do not see them as a vendor in my list of companies used. Yet somehow they charged my credit card 4 months in a row for zero service. When I created an account, their records show zero information about providing service. I canceled the card. Thanks PlushCare for $80 worth of nothing.

Dr. Aastha Jasrotia did not show up. I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes and when I finally got ahold of someone from customer support, they informed me there were no more appointments available for today or the next day.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Shahzad. He arrived about 15 minutes late to my appointment, yet later cut the visit short, saying he had another patient to see. This felt inappropriate given that he was already late to my scheduled time. It was also clear that he did not read the detailed notes I submitted before the appointment. I had to repeatedly restate my concerns, and even then, he dismissed them without proper consideration. Throughout the visit, Dr. Shahzad was condescending, dismissive, impatient, and rude. He interrupted me multiple times, did not listen when I explained my concerns, and repeatedly insisted on his original position despite being shown relevant information. He also made incorrect statements, and when I tried to clarify, he doubled down rather than acknowledging or reconsidering. Overall, I felt talked down to, not taken seriously, and disrespected as a patient. This was not a collaborative or professional interaction, and it significantly undermined my trust in his care.

The experience was efficient, professional and helpful ... My designated physician was on time, as stated... She listen, was aware of my medical issue and totally helpful .
