Awesome thanks

I went on the address a minor problem. They called in a non narcotic ointment with the wrong dose. I tried to contact them to deal with it but they told me it will take 7-10 business days! I called my insurance company and the insurance company representative is getting the same run around. It’s been two days, nothing is resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this “service” to anyone. I may as well have talked to a chat bot that can listen and advise but not follow through with a basic prescription. I’m now over 2 hours in on trying to resolve this, and my insurance company is over an hour in. Run away!

I have been using Dr Gibson for 6 months now, i cant say enough nice things about her. She listened to my concerns about my weight and prescribed the wegovy pill. In 6 months i have loss 18 percent of my body weight. She has been there for me every step of the way. She is more like a friend than my doctor. I plan on keeping my memebership for my other medical needs. The staff are also very attentive and usually get back to me in a hr or less with any concerns I may have. Rare to find that sort of customer service anymore. Excellent company and a awesome doctor.

I was unaware I had signed up for a membership and Jeanette was EXTREMELY helpful and helped explain each charge to me. She also informed me of the policies and was able to help me with the charges I was unaware of

Carmen from the Care Team was amazing. She was kind and empathetic and went above to rush my req when I was advised by my pharmacy my pre auth expired so there is a good chance I wil rec my time sensitive medication

Very convenient and was free for me with my insurance! Doctor was very thorough and prescribed me the medication that I needed and it was immediately sent to my pharmacy! From the moment I went on the app to make an appointment, to the end of the visit, only 30 minutes had passed! That is so much quicker than a walk in clinic!
