I really enjoyed using plushcare for a few months and even had the rest of my family registered. UNTIL I noticed 3 charges of $30 on my account out of no where. The system had set up a follow up appointment for my husband and he missed it not knowing he made the appointment. They were supposed to charge 1 fee of $30 for a missed appointment but we were charged 3 times for the same appointment. It took hours to get ahold of anyone and when I finally did the person I was speaking with did not believe that I was charged three times so I had to send my bank statement. They could not figure out how to refund me because they couldn't figure out how the charge generated. SO BASICALLY they took $90 and can't refund it because they don't know how... in the middle of a pandemic... Don't trust these people with your money.

This is the best online app for seeing a doctor. I LOVE this app. I had my physical, and other medical needs addressed. Dr. Britton is the best, and I am so happy to have him as my primary doctor too. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to get rid of long doctor visits.

Reasonable price, convenient. See a real doctor in your own environment. I think plush care is the best way to go.

Finally got a family member with mental illness to talk to a Dr. Thru Plushcare. Been trying to get them to see ANYONE. Dr. told my LO that if they can avoid meds they should. The episode continues, untreated. PC took our money and helped us NOT.

I was very impressed with doctor Stacy Doyle and Plush care. It was such a great experience! I really liked that I got to pick my doctor based on the information posted. I picked her because she had similar values and I felt like her medical experience was tailored to my personal needs. My appointment happened right away. She was attentive and kind and she listened to my concerns. Without hesitation she requested blood results and referred me to a specialist. She followed up a few days later and Plush even sent me a list of specialists in the area that didn’t take insurance.

Excellent service! Totally recommended. My appointment was made the same day, and the Dr was very kind and give me all the information and medications that I need.

Dr. Riabianca Garcia was outstanding. She is an outstanding Doctor. She was prompt, professional, and pleasant to work with on solving my medical issue. At 2 pm on a Friday afternoon I was in serious discomfort. I used Plush Care, chose Dr. Garcia and did a video conference call at 2.45 pm. Not long after 3 pm a prescription was sent in to a mega chain store. By 4 pm, I had a much improved condition. In sum, Dr. Garcia and Plush Care are to be commended for their medical excellence and this new type of medical services platform. I have both a civilian and military primary care physician. No way was it possible for me to be seen this late in the afternoon on a Friday. Kudos to Dr. Garcia and Plush Care.
