The experience with the physician was splendid. He was professional, courteous and thorough. HOWEVER, I signed up for an appointment, but received a message that I needed to install the app. When I did, it did not know I had an appointment and made me make another. I logged out and back in and both appointments showed up. As a courtesy, I cancelled the second appointment, but will still billed no questions or explanation allowed.

Joe is amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The entire staff at Pacifica Care is beyond awesome. They are incredibly efficient and can get you seen quickly. I have nothing but 5 stars.

Used it once for a prescription, and paid a charge at that time to talk on-line with a Dr. Didn't know there was a monthly service charge, and only noticed it ten months later, (were charging my HSA. Called, and they refunded all the monthly subscription charges.

Dr Burnham was very pleasant and personable. We were visitors in the area with a COVID diagnosis. He prescribed the proper medication and gave good medical advice. I am very grateful for this medical option.

I tested positive for Covid at my providers office with Spectrum Health system-was getting worse by the hour despite being vaccinated and one booster; but having had Major back surgery out of state (only due to Covid closing our major hospitals in Mi) the surgery can cause one to be immunosuppressed and I had 1 day to start the new Antiviral Paxlovid…my providers refused to write the Rx while Also advising “it wasn’t me” they just “do not do that” yet not giving me any info or means of treatment….but told me I “could be hospitalized” when I worsened….many calls later that Friday May 13 I was advised I would get a “survey” by email … Well SO WHAT as Sat 5/14 was the LAST day to start Paxlovid and there was NO help in sight so I found PlushCare online and while I was fighting with Spectrum Health my husband set up everything for a 8:30pm appt that Friday night on 5/13…and I had Great Luck because by 9pm my Paxlovid Rx was waiting for pickup at our local Walgreens…and the drug was free…I am so impressed with the speed, ease, professionalism of PlushCare with Dr Safa Magid via electronically speaking to me, giving all the info I needed as well As advising Re my oximeter use and telling me what to look out for such as a possible “rebound” effect from the Paxlovid….Dr Magid was very nice, professional yet kind hearted over my situation and cared about what was happening to me knowing I was scared to death….far more than the actions of my provider - I highly recommend PlushCare and my Dr who helped me and I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future - they also contacted me the following couple days to make certain I was improving and not needing anything further…The cost for the service was more than reasonable as I don’t know what would have happened to me without the Paxlovid but without PlushCare I would never have had the chance to avoid hospitalization as I am exactly the patient it was designed for and yet my own provider couldn’t grasp this fact nor inform me about any treatment options…further PlushCare has nurses technicians other staff to help patients out as well as the contact directly from my assigned doctor…I am very grateful to Dr Magid for her help because I was very sick and had zero help from the providers I have seen for several years….(as a footnote I was told that “clearly I qualified for the Paxlovid just as I knew…from Spectrum Health Infusion Center much later that weekend but no one could even tell me they worked weekends or what they do and that they were low on monoclonal antibodies as one cannot contact them by phone….they contact you by email maybe…..admitted they need more training/education on their own services)
