I have been using PlushCare tele-health services for several years, and it has been exceptional since day one. My doctor, Dr. Austin Smith, is amazing. He is compassionate, prompt, and professional. The app is user-friendly. Billing is straightforward. I have had nothing but positive experiences using PlushCare, and I will continue to use this service for years to come. I am grateful for PlushCare.

I had video visit with Dr. Doyle. It was a pleasant experience. She took time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough. It’s very comforting to know that a real MD is on the other end talking to me. The whole experience is much better than I expected. PlushCare- highly recommended!

I used PlushCare in an extreme time of need and was pleasantly surprised at how quick but yet thorough the service was. It’s extremely easy to use and they were very efficient with their service, as well as necessary prescriptions. Will use again for sure!

Dr Burruss was and the office help went beyond to help me with my illness and follow up was outstanding.

Started PlushCare as a free trial. However, with doctors like Brittany Kunza, MD. and Dr. Burruss onboard, why would we go anywhere else. They are amazing

On Friday afternoon, I started to feel symptoms of a light cold which I ignored, however by 7PM Friday night, I had a temperature over 100°. I then took a COVID test which came back positive. By 8 PM, I was feeling worse and my fever was rising. I did some online research and found PlushCare. I was able to get a video appointment that night with Dr Magid, who was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Dr. Magid went through my symptoms and told me what to watch out for and when to get emergency help. She also found a pharmacy near my house that was open - at MIDNIGHT - and that had the medication in stock. AND, all of this was covered by my insurance because PlushCare is “in network” with Aetna. I paid $0 out-of-pocket for the appointment and COVID medication. Thank you PlushCare and Dr Magid. I’m vaccinated and my fever still got up to 103°. If it wasn’t for the advise and medication that I got for Dr. Magid , then I would have had to go to the hospital ER (I live in the city but there are no 24hour minor emergency centers in my area). You saved me and my family a huge hospital bill and probably kept me from getting sicker, because I would not have gone to the hospital until there was no other option.

I would have given more stars if it was for the initial doctor I spoke to originally the doctor had a beautiful bedside manner she asks all the right questions she heard you out and she made her diagnostic what's what was spoken to her she offered to give me a doctor's note understanding I needed to find a dentist but needed provide to my work before I did unfortunately my mom passed away within a day of speaking to that doctor understandably mentally I was not able to make it to the dentist although I did take the antibiotics today I woke up with my mouth swollen on the left side when the air hits it and it's swollen on the left side so I make an appointment with plushcare I want to emphasize on either of these appointments I did not request anything for pain at all not my objective the doctor that called me was abrupt and cold and disregarding I asked her if I can have a doctor's note because I don't have a primary dentist just to be noted my dentist retired so I didn't know if I was going to be able to get into one on Monday or Tuesday as well as I am an operator which obviously causes me to typically speak constantly allowing the air to hit my tooth and while my mouth is swollen she told me when I find one they can give me a doctor's abruptly hung up the phone call without any other ways I can ease the pain come down this morning or anything else I can do for you just to hang up and denied doctor's note however the antibiotics were prescribed which I did need I hope to be able to somehow get off work within the next couple of days to get into the dentist and fortunately my work doesn't work that way it's not like ot was free I paid for this out of my pocket to be treated so coldly I'm very disappointed very disappointed and I don't know if I just delete the app off my phone or do I close the account do I have to wait you know 72 hours to make sure all the payment went through I just need to know how to close my account mostly at such a sensitive time right now I did not needed to be treated that way All I can say is wow I'm glad I was treated *******UPDATE****** Bottom Line Quentin Tarantino Style When your Pride is bigger than your Oath as a Doctor. From the beginning of all of this.The rude Doctor had my Chart noted.Only she may Authorize my Doctors Note. Also I was going to place another appointment with another Doctor.Although I was told even if I did that my Chart had been noted. Which will impact the decision of the new Doctor giving me one. However she will not.Patient to get Doctors Note when she visits Dentist.Because my work attendance policy.A Doctors note must be provided at the time of Absence. For it to be excused. I closed my Account with Plushcare,I am sure it is just one patient to them and of No importance. It has been 2 days of pain so far and hope to get in to see a Dentist Saturday.I have never been treated do badly. I am so confused what I could of done to a Doctor I never met before this.I hope one day she is made to feel the way she has made me feel. I was going to display the back and forth Emails but do not know how.I still might.
